Ginger Tamarind Truffles

This truffle encapsulates all the wonderful warming flavors of our beloved Siam/Thailand, where my Missionary grandparents spent more than 2 decades of their lives living and sharing love via their medical care. Tamarind candies were a celebrated treat in their home, and my fascination with this deliciously strange bean lives on in this unique truffle.

Pure tangy sweet tamarind paste fills these truffles with great depths of flavor, and the essential ginger oil adds another layer of intrigue - it's impossible to take just one bite of this multifaceted flavor delight!

Ingredients: Fair-trade chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), organic tamarind paste (organic tamarind paste, water), vanilla.
