Shipping policy

We generally ship out between 3-5 days of your ordering, unless it's Friday-Sunday when we don't have a packing crew available. Hot weather also delays the shipping process as we carefully evaluate how hot the temperature is not only in our location but also the temperature at the recipient's location as well, and will do our best to time the shipments so that they don't sit over the weekend if possible. Please give us any special or specific instructions in the notes section of the order form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
